End date: 12th June 2027
Teaching hours: 22 hours per week to be completed from 9.00 until 13.30
Educational stages: Secondary
Monthly grant: €900 per month
Meals: Free daily lunch included at the school
Full medical cover through the Spanish National Health System

Role: The Teaching Assistant will support the main teacher in developing students’ oral English skills, both in class and with small groups. They will prepare engaging activities such as games, songs and stories with guidance from the English Department and coordinator, attend weekly planning meetings, collaborate in departmental activities, and encourage the use of English throughout the school.
Training: The placement is combined with official training in Early Childhood Education.

Candidate profile: Native or near-native English speaker, preferably with an interest in education, good communication skills, flexibility, responsibility and motivation to work with children.

Requirements: Legal permission to live or study in Spain. Previous experience with children will be valued.

Support provided: Personal and administrative guidance throughout the programme, including support with documentation, accommodation search and adaptation to the school placement.
