Job Title: Family Assistant & Youth Companion

Location: La Moraleja, Madrid

Schedule: Mon-Fri (Morning & afternoon split shift). Occasional weekends (~once a month for events).

Overview:
We are seeking an autonomous, highly reliable Family Assistant & Companion for our home in La Moraleja. This is a dynamic role for a "scrappy," all-around player to manage daily logistics and serve as a mentor to our children. We employ full-time cleaning staff 7 days a week, but you must possess a team-first attitude and be willing to roll up your sleeves for other household tasks without complaint.

Key Responsibilities:

ADHD Support: Primary companion to our 8-year-old son with severe ADHD. Supervise homework, teach good habits, prevent destruction of property, and guide him with immense patience and care while maintaining boundaries for mutual respect.

Logistics: Manage morning wake-ups and afternoon school pick-ups (walking distance). Organize playdates, drive kids to appointments/birthdays, represent parents in school WhatsApp groups, and meet teachers.

Collaboration: Assist our housekeeper during high-intensity periods, like evening bath time for our 3 kids.

No Screens: Strict no-screens policy for yourself and the kids during working hours and school interactions.

Requirements:

Native English Speaker: You must speak English better than any other language.

Absolute Reliability: Our absolute top requirement. Last-minute unexcused absences or casual call-outs are completely unacceptable. You treat this work as a major priority and always deliver. "Certificado de ausencia" is not part of your vocabulary.

Autonomy: Proactive self-starter who makes small daily decisions independently.

Tech & AI Skills: Highly skilled in using technology and AI tools to streamline household organization.

Driver’s License: Valid license is highly preferred to transport children safely.

Legal Status: Open to those authorized to work in Spain, OR we will fully assist with the legal paperwork and visa process.

Certifications: CPR skills are a strong plus.
