About Migma
We're a team of four building Migma, an AI-first email marketing startup in Barcelona. We're looking for a creative, hands-on content creator to help tell our story through entertaining short-form video.

You'll capture the people, ideas, challenges, and everyday moments behind building a startup, while making our product useful and engaging for marketers and business owners. Expect a mix of startup-life reels, relatable humour, and clear product stories.

What you'll do
• Develop video concepts, hooks, and scripts with the team.
• Film day-to-day startup life, interviews, and product-led content in Barcelona.
• Present on camera and help teammates feel comfortable on camera.
• Edit videos from raw footage to finished posts, including captions, sound, and pacing.
• Adapt content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Review performance and use what you learn to improve the next video.

What we're looking for
• Strong spoken and written English, with confident on-camera communication.
• Examples of short-form videos you've created, filmed, or edited.
• Good storytelling instincts, a sense of humour, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a video from initial idea to final edit.
• Curiosity about startups, AI, and B2B software.
• Availability for full-time work and regular in-person filming in Barcelona.

You don't need a large following or years of professional experience. Personal projects and student work are welcome; show us what you can make.
