]]> Camping is a video creative production agency that partners with B2B SaaS companies to build stand-out brand campaigns. We're now bringing social media and content production in-house, and hiring a full-time Social & Content Strategist to own it.

This is a content-led position where the most valuable skill is outstanding English writing paired with sharp strategic instinct. You'll be the driving force behind our founder's and company's LinkedIn presence, creating posts that mix bold opinions, practical lessons, and behind-the-scenes stories. Beyond LinkedIn, you'll help shape the strategy and scripts for our video output, working closely with editors and motion designers to turn ideas into finished pieces, then repurposing that video content back into social posts.

You'll also design well-packaged carousels and support other written materials such as scorecards, landing pages, and decks whenever strong copy is needed. Day to day, you'll manage a content calendar, incorporate feedback quickly, and keep everything aligned with Camping's distinct voice: confident, sharp, and never boring.

We're looking for someone with excellent native-level English writing, a knack for narrative and humor, some design sensibility (Figma/Canva), and real experience working in or with B2B SaaS companies. Comfort working with video projects and familiarity with tools like Notion, Asana or HubSpot is a plus.

This is a hybrid role based in Barcelona (2-3 days per week in the office), offered on a permanent Spanish contract with a four-day working week at full salary.
