Experienced Native ESL Teacher – Young Learners, Teens & Cambridge Preparation

Speak English Lab for Kids is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced native English-speaking ESL teacher to join our team for the 2026–2027 academic year.

We are a well-established English academy in Sant Andreu, Barcelona, specialising in teaching children and teenagers through a 100% English immersion methodology. Our focus is on developing confident, fluent speakers in a fun, engaging and supportive learning environment.

About the Role

You will teach a combination of:

Young Learners (ages 6–11)
Teenagers (12–18)
Cambridge English preparation (B1 Preliminary, B2 First and C1 Advanced)
We are looking for a teacher who is energetic, professional and passionate about helping students achieve their full potential.

Teaching Schedule (13 Contact Hours per Week)

Monday

5:15–6:15 pm
6:15–7:15 pm
7:15–8:45 pm
Tuesday

3:30–5:00 pm
5:15–6:15 pm
6:15–7:15 pm
Wednesday

3:30–5:00 pm
5:15–6:15 pm
Thursday

5:15–6:15 pm
Friday

3:30–5:00 pm
5:15–6:15 pm
Requirements

Native English speaker.
Minimum of 2 years' experience teaching English as a foreign language.
Proven experience teaching young learners and teenagers.
Experience preparing students for Cambridge English qualifications.
Recognised teaching qualification (CELTA, Trinity CertTESOL or equivalent preferred).
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
A positive, enthusiastic and reliable professional who enjoys working as part of a team.
