]]> Camping (gocamping.tv) is a Barcelona-based creative agency specialising in brand strategy and video content for ambitious B2B tech companies. We work internationally, helping clients turn complex, "boring" topics into clear, engaging stories across interviews, thought leadership and branded content.

We are expanding our in-house editing team and are looking for a Junior Video Editor to support our senior editors on an ongoing basis.

Important: this is a technical editing role, not a creative one. You will handle exports, localizations and resizes for complex full-funnel ad campaigns - work that demands excellent attention to detail and organisation. It is ideal for editors who enjoy technical precision and workflow efficiency, rather than creative storytelling or filmmaking.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Handle hundreds of complex deliverables for full-funnel ad campaigns alongside a senior editor.
- Edit long-form interviews and talks into concise, engaging educational clips for B2B brands.
- Post-production on branded content: explainers, social cutdowns, case studies and similar formats.
- Deliver clean, polished DaVinci Resolve timelines and exports on schedule.
- Follow our folder structures and naming conventions to ensure smooth handovers and version control.
- Experiment with AI video tools (transcripts, subtitles, rough cuts, versioning) and help improve the workflow.
- Make sure all project files, assets and licenses are properly delivered and archived.

MUST-HAVES
- Excellent attention to detail. You like organising to a strict workflow and keeping complex delivery structures under control, especially in file management and project archiving.
- Two years of professional video editing experience, with a solid portfolio of publicity or branded content. If you fit the description and have less than this, please apply anyway.
- Strong proficiency in DaVinci Resolve and the ability to deliver complete timelines in it.
- Strong English, to keep the nuance and essence of interviews and educational content.
- Based in Barcelona (or willing to relocate) and comfortable with a hybrid setup.
- Reliable experience with Frame.io, Dropbox and Google Drive.

NICE TO HAVE
- Experience working with international teams and B2B / tech brands.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted video editing or post-production tools.
- Own external drive or fast storage setup.

WHAT WE OFFER
- Full-time Spanish contract, 20,000 - 24,000 EUR gross per year depending on experience and portfolio quality.
- Hybrid setup: our office in Poble Nou, Barcelona, with flexibility to work remotely.
