Native English Teacher – Young Learners & Cambridge Exams

Speak English Lab for Kids is looking for an experienced native English-speaking teacher to join our team in Sant Andreu, Barcelona for the 2026–2027 academic year.

This is a **part-time position from September 2026 to mid-June 2027**, following the Catalan school calendar.

We are a well-established English academy specialising in spoken English, small groups, and outstanding teaching. We are looking for a teacher who is passionate about helping children and teenagers develop real confidence in English through engaging, communicative lessons.

Teaching Schedule

Monday

• 5:15–6:15 pm
• 6:15–7:15 pm
• 7:15–8:45 pm

Tuesday

• 3:30–5:00 pm
• 5:15–6:15 pm
• 6:15–7:15 pm

Wednesday

• 3:30–5:00 pm
• 5:15–6:15 pm

Thursday

* 5:15–6:15 pm

otal teaching hours: 10.5 hours per week

About the Role

You will teach a combination of:

• Young learners (ages 3–11)
• Teenagers
• Cambridge English exam preparation classes (A2 Key, B1 Preliminary and B2 First)

Our classes are small, highly interactive, and focused on helping students become confident English speakers.

Essential Requirements

• Native English speaker.
• Proven experience teaching young learners.
• Experience preparing students for Cambridge English examinations.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Energetic, reliable, and professional.
• Available from **September 2026 until mid-June 2027**.
• Legal right to work in Spain (We DO NOT sponsor work VISAS)
