]]> We're Camping, a small-but-mighty video agency based in Barcelona helping B2B tech companies build a brand that matters. We're looking for a Senior Motion Designer who blends strong design and animation skills with leadership, ready to help raise the bar for a few people on our post/motion team.

You'll transform scripts into stunning visuals, create and animate engaging marketing materials, and deliver assets that shine across multiple channels, while also giving feedback, mentoring, and helping set the creative bar for the team. You'll work closely with our Writer, Art Director, and Producers on B2B product videos and multi-channel campaigns.

We're looking for 7+ years of motion design experience at a senior level, a showreel that proves you can combine design and animation, expertise in After Effects, Figma, Photoshop, Premiere and DaVinci, and real experience mentoring or leading other designers or animators. This is a full-time position based in Barcelona, with a 4-day work week.
