]]> Camping, a Barcelona-based brand storytelling and video agency for B2B tech companies, is looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead client relationships across brand strategy and video production work. You'll act as the strategic bridge between clients and the creative team: co-leading brand evolution projects alongside the strategist and creative director, running client workshops and feedback sessions, and coordinating freelance collaborators on brand initiatives. On the delivery side, you'll manage end-to-end video project timelines, act as video producer briefing creative teams and coordinating production schedules, and serve as the main point of contact for clients across multi-workstream campaigns with tight deadlines. You'll work closely with the Creative Director, strategists, designers, editors and producers, responding quickly to client needs and keeping everyone aligned.

We're looking for someone with at least 5 years of agency account management experience who has led brand or rebrand projects, has strong client relationship and communication skills, understands creative and brand workflows, is comfortable with project management tools, and is fluent in English. Prior brand agency experience, video production exposure, B2B SaaS familiarity, and experience managing remote client relationships across time zones are a plus.

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Barcelona (at least two days per week in the Poblenou office), currently trialing a 4-day workweek with Fridays off, plus flexible working hours.
