Teaching hours: 25 hours per week.
Educational stages: preschooñ and Primary ( 3-12 years old)

Role: The Teaching Assistant will support the main teacher in Infant and Primary classes, working either in the classroom or with small groups of 2–3 pupils. The main focus will be developing students’ oral English skills through games, songs, conversations and other engaging activities, as well as supporting older Primary pupils with English certification exam preparation. The TA will plan activities with guidance from the English Department and coordinator, collaborate in departmental activities and use English throughout the school day.

Training: The placement is combined with official training in Early Childhood Education.

Candidate profile: Native or near-native English speakers, preferably with an interest in education, good communication skills, flexibility, responsibility and motivation to work with children.

Requirements: Legal permission to live or study in Spain. Previous experience with children will be valued.

Support provided: Personal and administrative guidance throughout the programme, including support with documentation, accommodation search and adaptation to the school placement.
